Homemade Sweet and Spicy Mustard
My brother in law's grandmother has always made the most amazing Sweet & Spicy Mustard. Every Easter she would bring this to go with the Easter ham. It has become a tradition to have every year and now that she has passed away, my sister continues to make this mustard in her honor. This mustard is amazing on ham, in a turkey wraps, with Asian Egg Rolls, mixed into a homemade dressing or just to be eaten on any of your favorite meat sandwiches. It is simple to make and will make your ham leftovers that much more special!


Homemade Sweet & Spicy Mustard
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup dry mustard
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar

Mix vinegar, mustard, eggs, and sugar together off the heat. Bring to
a slow boil until thickens. Cook for a few minutes until thickened. Eat the mustard warm or cold. Mustard will keep in the fridge for several weeks.

The sugar should only be 1/2 cup! The 1 cup is for the double batch. I know Shan you like things sweet, but that won't have the same flavor!!!
All the measurements should stay the same...Trust me!
