2 Week 'Healthy' Meal Plan for $250

Shopping yesterday was so fun. It felt like I hadn't been 'real' grocery shopping for several weeks. It was nice to buy healthy food again instead of all of the holiday treats and party food I bought last month. With a new year I am ready to jump into my meal planning and focus on making some healthy, delicious meals for my family--and sharing them with you.

Need help with your meal plan? That is exactly why we do what we do here at Deals to Meals. Each week we put together a meal plan for your family that is based around the best grocery deals of the week. We give you 7 main dish recipes, side dish recipes, food storage recipes (recipes that can be made from items you already have in your pantry), and dessert recipes. Our weeks meal plan generally lasts 10-14 days for most families as you will have leftovers and probably go out on the weekend.

We also give you a grocery list that can be easily printed and taken to your local store to make your shopping experience simple and fun! Combine the weekly meal planner with the weekly grocery deals and you will save your family $100's each month.

I went shopping yesterday to Costco, Sprouts and Walmart and saved well over $200 on all of my groceries. I spent $250 and got all of the recipe ingredients I needed for two weeks of healthy, homemade, recipes. It took me less than 10 minutes to login to our website, choose the meals I wanted to cook, made a grocery list from the weekly deals and was on my way shopping. Everything you need for a healthy, well balanced meal is on sale this week. From meat, to produce, to cheese and even food storage ingredients are all on sale. It is a great week to stock up and save money throughout the rest of the month and year. Make sure and check out the deals from Smiths & Kroger because they are having their semi-annual case lot sale right now with lots of great deals. Have fun shopping and please let me know if you have any questions about how our service works. Thanks friends!

I love what you said about it taking 10 minutes to put together 10-14 terrific tasting, home made meals. I have been using your web site for three years now and everything you say is true. My two daughters amaze their college friends because you have helped me set a good example on how to prepare meals.
