Triple Chocolate Zucchini Bread

3 cups flour (I used 1 c. wheat flour)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil

1/2 cup applesauce
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups shredded zucchini

1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease and flour two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt, mix well. In a separate bowl, combine sugar and eggs, beat until well blended. Add oil, applesauce and vanilla; beat until combined. Stir in zucchini. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Add the chocolate chips to the batter and lightly stir. Pour half of the batter in each pan once they have been floured and greased. Bake the breads in a preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove bread from pans; cool completely on wire rack and then serve. If you would like, sprinkle the tops with cinnamon and sugar mixture if you'd like.
