Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Brownies

In case you don't have enough pumpkin recipes, here's one more for you. So, what's different about this recipe you ask? Well, it's pretty much a mixture between a brownie, cake, and pumpkin bread. It's a really dense, moist, amazing pumpkin cake/brownie that will never disappoint. This is my friends recipe and after she made it for us I had to make it the very next day. It was so good! Plus, it makes a large cookie sheet full so it's a great dessert to take to parties that you don't have to frost or fuss with. Hope you love ;)

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Brownies

4 eggs
1 2/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup cooking oil
1 (27 oz.) can pureed pumpkin
Add:
2 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 bag chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until smooth. Then add the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and baking soda and continue to mix until combined. Add the chocolate chips and fold into the batter. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the batter into the pan and then bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the center seems firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and then let cool. Serve.
