Fall is a great time for some of my favorite produce to go on sale…apples, winter squash, tomatoes, onions, pears and grapes. Grapes are a fruit sent from heaven. They are so sweet, crisp and refreshing. I was at a friend get together awhile back and my friend brought this Creamy Grape Salad. At first I was hesitant (let’s be honest, it’s not very pretty!). I was in love at first bite however!! It is no wonder fruit drenched in cream cheese, chopped nuts and brown sugar is delicious. This salad is a perfect refreshing side dish to any of your favorite meals. Pretty much I keep this in my fridge for a few days and eat it for breakfast, lunch, dinner and for dessert! Enjoy and happy first week of fall!

- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

- 3 T. white sugar
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 2 t. vanilla
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans, almonds, etc.)
