It’s spring and that means everything berry and fruit is on sale. Strawberries, blackberries, melons and many of your favorite fruits always go on sale the week of Easter. This is the perfect week to make this healthy and delicious Melon & Berry Fruit salad. Berries and melons go great together and this salad is drizzled with a honey-lime dressing which ads a hint of sweet tangy-yumminess. Hope you love this addition to any weeknight meal 😉
 

Melon Berry Fruit Salad
Ingredients
  1. 1 honeydew melon, peel removed and cubed into small pieces
  2. 1 cantaloupe, peeled and cubed into small pieces
  3. 8 oz. strawberries, sliced
  4. 6 oz. blackberries or blueberries
Dressing
  1. 1/3 cup honey
  2. 1 tsp. vanilla
  3. Dash ginger powder
  4. Zest of 1 lime
  5. Juice of 1/2 lime

Instructions
  1. Prepare the fruit and place into a large salad bowl. For the dressing, whisk together in a small bowl and drizzle over the fruit. Let sit for a few minutes and then serve or keep in the fridge until ready to eat.

  1. This recipe makes a lot. You can double if you need to.
