This week boneless beef steak will be on sale for great deals, along with ground beef and most of the other meats your family will use on a regular basis. Before you go shopping for your holiday grocery needs make sure and login to our website to find out where all of the best deals are in your area. Remember to stock up when meat goes on sale and keep extra packages in your freezer for a later time. This past week petite sirloin steak was on sale at Smiths. My budget never allows me to buy more expensive cuts of beef, so I am always looking for ways to make cheap steak more appetizing. I found the perfect marinade and am so excited to share it with you.

At nearly every Mexican restaurant I go to I always order Carnitas Tacos. There is something about the salty meat that has been marinated all day that is plain awesome! I searched everywhere online, combined several recipes and found this combination had just the flavor I was looking for. If you don’t want to slice the steak up in a taco, it is great to eat plain as well! This would be a great marinade for your upcoming 4th of July barbecues. Enjoy 🙂
