Simple Vegetable Kabobs
Ingredients
  1. 2 zucchini squash, ends removed and cut into 1/2 inch circle slices
  2. 2 yellow squash, ends removed and cut into 1/2 inch circle slices
  3. 1 red bell pepper, seeds removed and cut into 1 inch pieces
  4. 1 pint grape tomatoes
  5. 3-4 Tbls. olive oil
  6. 2 Tbls. Montreal Steak Seasoning
  7. 6-7 bamboo sticks

Instructions
  1. Prepare the vegetables. Place in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Place the seasoned vegetables onto bamboo sticks. Grill on medium heat until vegetables are tender and have nice grill marks. Serve warm on the kob.
