For our Flashback Friday I thought I would share two of my favorite healthy recipes with you. I am in love with everything lettuce wrapped lately. Since I am trying to cut back on my carbs, I have found wrapping everything in lettuce seems to be my saving grace. Whether we are eating homemade hamburgers or turkey sandwiches, I find if I wrap it in lettuce I don’t miss the buns or bread. It’s been a great way for me to cut back on calories while being able to eat everything my family has been eating.

Two of my favorite recipes are for these PF Changs Chicken Lettuce Wraps as well as these Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps. They are easy to make, low in carbs and totally delicious!
