Seeing as it’s Mother’s Day this weekend, I thought it would be the perfect time to share a recipe SO simple, your toddler could make it. These Cheesecake Shortcake Bites take less than 10 minutes to make and are super cute–not to mention delicious. The thing I love about this recipe is these are so light and fluffy–nothing heavy or too rich to follow a Mother’s Day dinner. I’m not sure yet who’s cooking for my Mother’s Day, but I do know If I have to cook (ha!) I could definitely handle making these Shortcake Bites again. Hope you are having a great week!
*Bonus: Berries and cream cheese are on sale this week, so it’s a great time to make this recipe! Login to Deals to Meals to see all of the best deals in your area.
