

- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup + 2 Tbs. peanut butter
- 1 1/2 full graham cracker sleeves
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- Dash salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup crispy cereal
- 1 cup milk chocolate
- 2 Tbs. peanut butter
- In a bowl with an electric mixer, blend together the peanut butter and butter until it is smooth. Once it is smooth, add the powdered sugar, graham crackers and crispy rice cereal. Add the vanilla extract and salt. Continue to blend until all of the graham crackers are broken up into small pieces (some chunks are okay in the bars). Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Spread the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of the pan. Put the pan in the fridge. In a microwave safe bowl the chocolate chips and the peanut butter. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time and then stir until smooth. Once the chocolate is melted, spread it evenly over the peanut butter mixture in the pan. Place the bars back into the fridge until cooled and ready to serve. When ready to serve, cut into squares and serve at room temperature or chilled.
