Had a fabulous week this week! Celebrated Todd’s second half of his birthday with an outdoor Sundance Theater Play of Joseph and the Technicolor Dream Coat. Had a surprise guess showing of David Osmond which was fun! Went on a date with friends to Parade of Homes (and found my dream backyard with a pool!), went to R&R BBQ twice (yep…our favorite!), played with a neighbors brand new, adorable puppy, played more boardgames from my childhood (a bonus of living with my parents), my kiddos went to Herriman’s Enduro Challenge, and we had a fun Mom-Kid date to Trafalga, the park and pizza. All in all, it was an awesome week.

Spent Saturday night and Sunday with two of the sweetest, humble, amazing people from Puerto Rico, Elder Hugo Martinez and his wife. It was our church’s semi-annual Stake Conference where the members of our church in our area gather to worship, sing and enjoy being together. There were so many messages that really touched my heart and were answers to my prayers. It was a treat to be able to spend time with the Martinez family and get to feel of their love of our Savior and the members in our area. It was a highlight of our week and a weekend I’ll never forget.
