With all of the sweets over the holidays, I get to the point that all I crave is some healthy veggies. My friend Missy makes my favorite veggie dip I’ve ever had. There is nothing fancy about it, but it is my favorite way to make sure my kids and I get some healthy veggies in our diet. This dip would be great to serve at all of your upcoming New Year’s parties. Enjoy!
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tsp. dill
- 1 Tbs. minced onion
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes (fresh is best)
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- Combine all together and let rest in the fridge until ready to serve with your favorite vegetables. If you don't like the chunks of cottage cheese, you can puree this dip in a food processor or blender.
