One of my favorite breakfast dishes is homemade oatmeal. I LOVE a warm, hearty bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. Our friend Ellen Johnson is sharing with us her recipe for Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal. Nothing not to love about that!? Hope you enjoy 😉 

Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal
  1. 3 cup almond milk
  2. 3 tsp. cinnamon
  3. 1 tsp. salt
  4. 1 1/2-2 cup old fashioned oats
  5. Pure Maple syrup
  6. Fresh fruit of choice

  1. In a sauce pan, bring the almond milk to a low boil. Add the cinnamon, salt and boil. Stir in the oats and continue to stir, turning the heat to low heat for 3-5 minutes. Once the oatmeal is thick and tender, remove from the heat and drizzle with pure maple syrup and fresh fruit of choice.
