Instant Chia and Oat Breakfast Pudding
  1. 2 cups almond milk
  2. 1 cup instant oats
  3. 3 tbsp chia seeds
  4. 1 tbsp swerve (you can omit if you don't have it)
  5. 1 tbsp flax meal
  6. 1 tsp pure vanilla
  7. 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  1. Heat almond milk until steaming, mix in oats, chia, swerve, flax & swerve. Stir for 3 minutes over medium high heat. Turn off heat, cover with lid and let set for 10 minutes. Stir in vanilla and maple syrup and top with fresh fruit & toppings of your choice
